It is delicious, its best served cold and you can keep it in the fridge for days, the taste will get even better. I ll tell you how mom makes it but my advice is to take it easy on the garlic, because my mom\u2019s portion is for very experienced users.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd kg potatoes<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup of peeled raw almonds<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>The juice of half a lemon<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Method<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wash potatoes very good, put them in a pot filled with water without peeling or cutting them, bring them to boil and let them cook for 45-50 minutes. In the meantime peel and mash the garlic and cut the almonds into small pieces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peal and mash potatoes while hot. Add oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt and blend. Finally ad almond and stir well so that it will be evenly mixed with the other ingredients.
