To make them you will only need a few very common ingredients and 45 minutes of your time. No special skills required, no bad surprise awaits you, these Vanilla chocolate mini pastries are literarily a piece of cake or to be more exact, delicious pieces of cakes.
Ingredients:
- Flour 500gr.
- Eggs 2
- Dry Yeast 1 sachet (8gr)
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla powder 6gr.
- Sun seed Oil 1/2
- Milk 1/2 glass*
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder (sugar free) 1+1 / 2-2 tablespoons
- For the Syrup:
- Sugar 2+1 / 4 glass
- Water 1+1 / 2 glass

Tips:
- While preparing the chocolate dough part, you can add a few drops of milk to help cocoa assimilate more easily.
- Ideally, bake these mini pastries one night before your plan to devour them so that they can take their time overnight and absorb all the syrup.
