Instructions
Angels
Dress

Cut a 19cm piece of wired ribbon and Fold it in half with best side out. Cut a 10cm piece of gold wire and wrap it under the point where the 2 ends of the ribbon meet, to form the neck.

Twist the ends of the wire together at the back of the dress and do not cut the excess. Fold the bottom of the dress to make it appear sitting.

Wings

Cut a 15cm piece of wired ribbon and make a loop to form the wings. Place the loop at the back of the dress.

Hands

Cut a 9cm piece of wired ribbon apply glue along one side and roll it towards that side to form the hands.

Place the roll above the wings loop and tie them both in the middle, using the excess part of gold wire  at the back of the dress.  Bring the hands to the front and apply some glue to join them together, to appear praying.

Hair

Wrap some wool yarn around 2 fingers to make a small wool yarn wreath.  Apply some glue on the top of a felt ball, place it in the middle of the wreath and put some pressure to attach the hair on the head.

Cut the opposite side of the wreath that’s not attached to the head and trim the edges to give shape to the hair. To give your angel curly hair scrunch some wool yarn and attach it to the felt ball.

Cut a 5cm piece of gold wire, bend it around the hair to form a halo and squeeze it to  sit on top of  the angel’s head.

Head

Spread the ribbon on the top of the dress to make neck wider and apply some glue. Attach the head.

Cloud

Cut a 20cm piece of wire place the tea light in the middle and wrap the wire over the top and around the flame. Twist the ends of the wire to secure it.

Cut a piece of aprx 1m of gold yarn, pull it through the wire wrapped around the tea light, fold it in half and tie 2 knots around the wire making sure that the tea light is hanging straight.

Apply some glue to the sides and the top of the Led battery tea light. Cut a 6cm wide and 11cm long piece of cotton and wrap it around the tea light.

Make sure to cover the top and bottom of the tea light but leave the switch on the bottom and the hanger yarn on the top, exposed.

Have the angel sit on the cloud and wrap the hanger yarn with the leftover gold wire at the back to secure it.

Ηoop

Spray paint the embroidery hoop with gold paint and let it dry.

Cut an 8cm piece of wired ribbon and wrap it around the hoop (optional).

Tie the yarn of the cloud into a knot, in the center of the ribbon that’s wrapped on the hoop and make a bow.  Do not cut the excess yarn.

Tie the rest of the clouds with and without angels in polar positions on the hoop, adjusting their lengths so that they are hanging uneven. Move the ribbons and the bows to ensure that the hoop is hanging balanced.

Cross the excess parts of the hanging yarns in the middle of the hoop and tie them into a knot. Again do not cut the excess yarn which you will use to hang your Christmas  lanterns.

Turn on the switch of the Led battery tea lights and enjoy!
