Chocolate cheesecake in a glass 1

If you are planning on having friends over for dinner, I have the perfect dessert for you. Chocolate cheesecake in a glass which can be a champagne, a cocktail, a wine glass or even a bowl or a jar if  this suits you better.

This dessert is easy to make and easy on the eyes as well, but most of all it’s  full of chocolate flavor, which guarantees that everyone will love it. So send the invitations, make your preparations, set the table and keep the best for last. Chocolate cheesecake in a glass.

Ingredients (4 servings):

100g digestives biscuits

25g melted butter

250g cream cheese

150ml whipping cream

4 tablespoons caster sugar

2½ tablespoons cocoa powder

 

For the frosting

200ml frozen whipping cream

1½ tablespoons icing sugar

 

For garnish

20g grated chocolate

 

Instructions:

Crumble the biscuits, place them in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix well until incorporated. Divide the mixture into four glasses, press down lightly and put the glasses in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

In another bowl mix the whipping cream the icing sugar and the cocoa powder. Beat with a mixer until combined, add the cream cheese and beat again until smooth and thick. Divide the cream in the glasses and chill them for about an hour.

Beat the frozen whipping cream with the icing sugar until light and fluffy. Use a pastry bag to top each Chocolate cheesecake with frosting and garnish with some grated chocolate.
